It never crossed my mind that this would be the path I'd take to become a photographer. Looking back at my school days, I used to capture different moments and expressions of things and people around me. Maybe that's what got me more intrigued about photography. Details, emotions, expressions, beauty and gestures are the small things that bring joy to every picture.

They're crucial pieces of the storyline in creating meaningful shots. Don't show your audience what they can already see in real life. Instead, you want to give them a quick version of the scene that makes them try to imagine what lies beyond the borders of your frame.

You don't always have to show everything. Sometimes, even a single abbreviated detail can be a powerful image and message.
